I went in to have my hair colored. I wanted the top of my hair red and the bottom black. The woman (the present manager) acted like she didn't know what she was doing! She kept calling someone on the phone to see how to mix the colors!!! Long story short, she completely fried my hair, and it's still recovering. I went back to a different girl and she helped me out big time! Since then, I do still go there, but NO WAY is that woman touching my head again! I took my son there to have a cut and a customer came in looking for the SAME woman (again...the MANAGER) that had burned her scalp!!!!! I couldn't believe they actually made this woman manager!! If you go here, just be VERY careful who does your hair!!!
Absolutely HORRID!!! My hair is totally uneven and chopped and I was begged not to post a review! Except they didnt even fix my hair as its a "3 hour wait"
