Some staff are friendly, but as of late the majority of staff are not personable. I had an order shipped to the store and there was no communication from the store that it arrived. It sat in the store for a few days till I showed up to inquire. Part of my order was missing and it took two weeks to get a call back for a refund of the items they never sent. Also, lowes is not competitive when it comes to seasonal clearence items, I got better deals at the competitors.
Enjoyed my visit. Festive holiday decorations made me smile.
They have excellent sales 75% off on flowering annuals. Sales people are knowledgeable and kind
